1,000 square meters;

Licensed Fire Engineer or Fire Protection Inspector
must perform the inspection, and report to Fire Department the results of inspection. |

Visual
and operational inspection; More than once(1) in every six(6) months
Overall operation
inspection; More than once(1) a year |

Alarm
systems;
Automatic Fire Alarm System, Gas Leak Alarm System, Electricity Leak Alarm System,
Public Address System Emergency Alarm System
Fire
Suppression Systems;
Hand Fire Extinguisher, Indoor Hydrant, Sprinkler System, Dry Chemical, Foam,
Gaseous type Fire Extinguishing Systems
Evacuation
Equipment;
Fire Escape Tools, Evacuation Exit Light, Life Chute, Descending Lifeline
Fire Fighting System
Smoke Control System, Drencher System, and Siamese
Connection, Fire Pumping Unit |

Once
a year;
Specially designated Fire Preventive Property:
Department Stores, Hotel and Inn, Hospital, Restaurant,
and Shopping mall in basement must be reported to Fire Department the results
of inspection. |

Once
in 3(three) year;
Non-designated Fire Preventive Property:
Factory, Office, Storage, Apartment, School, Car parking
must be
reported to Fire Department the results of inspection. |
