Systems'Inspection and Inspection of Fire Preventive Property; |

Fire
Protection Systems' Inspection features mainly inspection of the hardwares concerned
in the property.
Following fire preventive properties are requested to have a inspection, if any
one of following conditions apply;
1. Total floor area of a fire preventive property is over 1,000 square meters.
2. In the specially designated fire preventive property, if a specially designated
occupancy is located on floors no emergency exit staircase (basement or above
3rd floor) and one-escape stairway only. |

Specially designated fire
protection properties shall be reported to Fire Department annually.
Non-specially designated fire preventive properties shall be reported once in
every three(3) years. |

|
Reporting frequency is cited as above, however
Fire Protection Systems shall be inspected at least once in every six(6) month
for visual and operational, and once a year for overall operational. |

|
Inspection
of Fire Preventive Property Inspection is more related to inspection of softwares
concerned with protection systems in the property.
Following Fire Preventive Properties are requested to have the inspection, if
any one of the following provisions apply.
1. In a specially designated fire preventive property, if specially designated
occupancy is located on floors not provided evacuation means, and buildings with
only one-escape staircase having a building capacity of more than 30 and not exceed
300 people.
2. Specially designated Fire Preventive Property with a capacity of more than
300 people. |

Inspection Report to Fire Department
shall be made annually. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
In case of offence, you
will be fined not more than ¥ 300,000 and be detained. |
